Director’s Message: Public Service is a stimulating, proud and lively enterprise. It is not just a way of life, it is a way to live fully. The Civil Services provides ample opportunity to translate your dreams to serve the nation in to reality. Given the nature of job, it requires certain administrative qualities like practicing ‘artful articulation’ and Thinking out of box. With the widening horizons of Governance, and emerging challenges, the work of a Civil Servant has also assumed new challenges and responsibilities. With these indispensable needs of administration, the UPSC also examines the presence of such qualities through the various stages of examination process in the aspirants.
This felt need of administration is mirrored in the pattern of question papers in recent years. In order to cater to the changing demands of the question pattern, we decided to come forward with a revamped mission and vision to facilitate the journey of
preparing for the Civil Services Examination. People only see what they are prepared to see, hence, Preparation of oneself before the preparation for examination is a sine-qua -non for success in exam.Further, Self-trust is the first secret to success and I appeal to the aspirants to develop the same. In this context traditional pedagogic methods lacking integrated character have lost its relevance in the preparation for the civil services Examination.
It is this vaccum that we are determined to fill with aour novel methods of teaching and preparing the aspirants for the Examination. If you wage war, do it energetically and with focus. This is the only way to make it shorter and continuous enjoyable. We intend to provide the aspirants with that motivation and energy with the real guidance desired for success in the examination. In any enterprise moral factors account for the success, hence an emphasis on the ethical dimensions of teaching is the core of our strategy. The fate of a battle depends upon the position of a fortress. Hence, it is important to arm yourself against all the possible ammunition so that you may be unscathed before the challenges which the examination may throw at you.
I am reminded of a famous saying of the legendary Henry David Thorea saying “It’s not enough to be busy, so are the ants. The question is, what are we busy about?”. Hence, it is important that we bask under the glory of right guidance helping us to get the real vision as an art of seeing things invisible in the context of the demands of the civil Services Examination. We intend to predict success for you by creating conditions for achieving the same and not just by theoretical assumption.
The credentials of the great: Arjuna were beyond doubt, but even he required Lord Krishna to act as a friend, philosopher and guide to achieve his true potential. In essence, the need of a GURU who visualizes the work of guiding the aspirants as a spiritual vocation and not a job assumes critical significance in the journey of becoming a Civil Servant. We, as a group of highly committed individuals who adhere to the highest Values of this divine work of guiding the Civil services Aspirants promise a sincere and dedicated effort to help you conquer success in the CSE. Hence, we equip our students with all the defences required for facing thechallenge of the Civil Services examination..
Our teaching methodology: encompassing Individual Interaction Programme, Minimum Effort Maximum ScoreStrategy thus hinges on instilling the self belief, Originality of thought in our students which is of cardinal significance in achieving success in the exam.
